3. Should more than one collection be required, an additional fee of
$50 per collect is payable to Thief of Hearts Gypsy Cobs to cover
the cost of transporting the stallion to the collection agency.
4. All AI (collection costs), vet and semen transport costs are the
responsibility of the mare owner.
5. Should the mare fail to get in foal after three attempts, a veterinary
report to ascertain the mare is suitable to be bred from may be
required.
6. This service may be used in the 2025/26 season only.
7. Live Foal Guarantee (LFG):
· A free return service is given for mares who abort or whose foals die
within 24 hours of foaling. The service for the LFG must be used in e
either the season the mare conceives, or the following season.
· The mare owner must notify the stud of the event within ten days, or
the LFG is void.
· Production of a veterinary certificate is required. This certificate must
state the mare was appropriately cared for during pregnancy, and
during the peri and post-natal period.
· No refunds are given.
· The return service is not saleable or transferable.
· All collecting, preparing and shipment, handling and usage charges
apply.
9. The service may not be on-sold without written permission of Thief of
Hearts Gypsy Cobs.
10. Should the stallion be unable to provide semen for reasons of death,
illness, injury, or infertility once the contract is signed, the stud is not
responsible for any costs associated with the reproductive process
and any LFG will become null and void. However you will be offered a
service to any other stallion currently standing at the stud
11. Semen quality is checked and sent as suitable to obtain a pregnancy.
Thief of Hearts Gypsy Cobs are not responsible for issues that may
arise during transport or handling of semen once it is dispatched.
Thief of Hearts Gypsy Cobs is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged
semen due to circumstances beyond their control.
